Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WISKII Active gear. If a return is necessary, please see the following information.

RETURN POLICY

  • We will gladly accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in original packaging with tags. 
  • A maximum of 10 returned items are accepted per order.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties.
  • A $3.99 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Outbound shipping fees and Worry-Free Purchase (Insurance) from the original order are not refundable.
  • Please use the return address provided in our approval email. (Do not use the shipping address from your original package.)
  • Ship your return within 7 days of approval.
  • Please email the return tracking number to cc@wiskiiactive.com once you ship the parcel. (We are not responsible for lost returns.)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return parcel is marked as delivered.

Return Options

1. US Domestic Returns:

  • Click the "Start a Return - US DOMESTIC" button below.
  • We will email you a return label within 1-3 business days. (For US mainland customers only.)
  • A $3.99 restocking fee per item and return shipping ($9.9 per label) will be deducted from your refund.

2. International Returns (US and Hong Kong warehouses available):

  • Click the "Start a Return - INTERNATIONAL RETURN" button below.
  • You are responsible for picking your own courier. (We will send you a link to the recommended shipping options for reference.)
  • A $3.99 restocking fee per item and customs duties (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

FAQs

1. I have a defective/wrong item, what should I do?

We're really sorry you received a faulty or incorrect item. We know how annoying that is, and we're here to make things right.
If it's been less than 14 days since your delivery, please email us at cc@wiskiiactive.com, and we'll find a solution for you.
Please note that wear and tear, change of mind, fitting issue, or misuse aren't covered as faults.

2. How long does a refund take?

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process once the package is marked delivered. You will be notified by email when the refund is issued.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at cc@wiskiiactive.com for assistance.

3. I did not follow the WISKII returns process, what should I do?

Returns sent otherwise are your responsibility, and we can not guarantee proper processing. If you used a different label, email us the tracking number and we will try our best to track it. We need to check returns at the warehouse before refund or store credit.

4. How to get return labels?

Return labels are available only to customers in the mainland US.
Please note: Return labels are not available for remote areas, including military addresses, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.
Customers outside the US mainland are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.

5. Can I get store credit after a return?

If your return meets our policy, we will issue store credit as a gift card. This will be emailed to your original order email. You can check by emailing cc@wiskiiactive.com.
Please note, the credit amount will be your original payment minus return shipping and restocking fees.

6. How can I exchange an item?

We are not offering exchanges at the moment. You'll need to return the item you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you want.

7. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email cc@wiskiiactive.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed.
