We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services. WISKII is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages beyond our control.

  • Pre-Orders
    1. Look for "anticipated restock date" above pre-order item descriptions.
    2. To cancel your order before it ships, contact Customer Service at cc@wiskiiactive.com.
    3. Available items in your order might ship first.
  • Israel Shipping Fee Adjustments
    Standard shipping fees currently apply to all Israel orders due to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days.
  • US Expedited Shipping
    US customers have the option to select expedited shipping through DHL/Fedex, with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.
  • Additional Shipping Fees for Selected Regions
    For shipping addresses in Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, Cyprus, and other countries, an extra shipping fee will be added.
  • Customer Responsibility
    WISKII strives for smooth deliveries, but refunds/resends are not available for refused packages or incorrect addresses (double-check at checkout).
  • Customs Charges
    Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may withhold or destroy the package if these fees remain unpaid. In such cases, WISKII will not provide a refund or resend the package.
