We strive to process and dispatch all orders within ​​1-5 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on third-party logistics providers.

Beyond Seller Control (Refunds or Reshipments Are Not Available in the Following Cases)

1. Unpaid Tariffs
The parcel will be destroyed if the customs duties are not paid on time

2. Customs Delays
Delays in inspection or clearance by local customs

3. Address Errors / Change of Address
Incomplete or incorrect apartment numbers, ZIP codes or street names, and post-order address changes

4. Post-Delivery Losses
If the shipment is marked as delivered

5. Parcel Refusal
When the recipient refuses to accept delivery of a parcel

    3. Available items in your order might ship first.
  • US Expedited Shipping
    US customers have the option to select expedited shipping through DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. 
  • Additional Shipping Fees for Selected Regions
    For shipping addresses in Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, Cyprus, Mexico and other countries, an extra shipping fee will be added.
  • Customer Responsibility
    WISKII strives for smooth deliveries, but refunds/reshipments are not available for refused packages or incorrect addresses (double-check at checkout).
  • Customs
    Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes charged by customs upon delivery.

    Important notice:The courier comapany may withhold or destroy your package if these fees are not paid. In such cases, WISKII will not provide a refund or resend the package.

    Customs Delays:
    * For delays due to customs inspections, we cannot offer a direct refund. Customers may choose to return the package for a refund after receiving it.
