Kinga’s journey into the world of Pilates took a meaningful turn last year. While she started for her own practice, she truly found her "why" through her clients.

"My real journey started when I saw my clients become stronger and more comfortable through Pilates, Kinga shares. "That is when I felt how meaningful this work really is."

For Kinga, the ultimate win isn't a perfect pose—it's a feeling. Her proudest moments come from watching her clients transform their relationship with themselves. Watching them become more powerful and deeply connected to their own bodies is what keeps her inspired every single day.

Her philosophy is grounded in four pillars: Confidence, Control, Comfort, and Body Awareness. In her daily life, movement is the bridge that keeps her connected to herself and her community.
